1 General Terms and Scope of Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the cly8 online betting platform, accessible through our official website at cly8.org. The platform is operated and managed by cly8, a company providing online betting entertainment services to users in Malaysia.

2 Account Registration and User Eligibility

You must ensure all information provided is truthful and you are responsible for updating that information should any changes occur.

The cly8 platform is open only to individuals who meet the following conditions:

7 Account Closure, Suspension and Restriction

• Failure to complete the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe.
